Keep all files together and open index.html in a modern desktop browser with JavaScript and BigInt, such as an updated Chrome or Edge.

Load the fictional example to practice or enter your own data. Check amounts, rates, deliverables and terms before sharing.

Download JSON before closing to continue later. TXT contains the proposal text; Print opens your browser’s native dialog.
Before you choose it.
What do I receive and how do I open it?
A copy of application v1 in a ZIP: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, guide, license and a fictional example in TXT and JSON. Download becomes available after payment verification. Extract the entire ZIP before opening index.html; do not open it inside the ZIP.
Do I need a connection or account?
The downloaded application works offline. It has no accounts or data sync. Changes live in your browser session, with no automatic saving. Download JSON to keep them; reloading or closing loses changes that you have not downloaded.
Does it generate AI text or send proposals?
You write the descriptions and scope. This application does not generate AI content, send proposals or record acceptance, signatures or payments.
Does it download a PDF directly?
No. Print / Save PDF opens the native browser print dialog. You can choose Save as PDF if your browser offers it. Review page breaks and disable headers and footers if you do not want the date or local path included. The app does not create or save a PDF itself.
Can I use it with my clients?
Yes. The license allows you to create, adapt and commercially deliver your proposals and their files. Your data and proposals remain yours. It does not allow reselling, publishing, giving away or redistributing the application or its code.
Does it work on my phone or every system?
It is designed for desktop use. Opening, TXT/JSON export and printing one example were checked on Windows with a desktop browser. Other browsers, operating systems and mobile use are not certified.
Is it a tax invoice or contract?
It is a proposal preparation tool. It is not a tax invoice or contract, does not determine official tax rates and does not convert currencies. Review your figures, rates, scope and terms. Accounting and legal advice are not included.
Your proposal belongs to you.
The payment buys one copy of tool v1. You may use it in your professional work and keep private copies. The license does not allow redistributing the application. Custom services, proposal sending and promises of business results are not included.
